How To Return An Order:
· CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS.
§ An order can be cancelled so long as it is done before the order is sent.
§ Please contact us first quoting the invoice number and reason you want to return the order. An order can be returned within a 21 day period so long as it has not been used or worn and is in its original condition. Damaged or used items will not be exchanged, credited or refunded. Postal costs of returned item/s are at your own expense. If an article is being returned because the wrong size was ordered a charge will apply for postage/courier. If an item is ordered to a specific design it can't be returned unless it is our fault in manufacture.
§ are at our discretion once we know what the reason for the refund is being asked for. Only the item will be refunded in the manner it was paid for but not the postage/courier cost.
§ We follow the New Zealand Government laws on sending goods overseas.
§ SQUIRES MANUFACTURING CO LTD are committed to protecting and respecting your personal information by using our website or providing information to us by other means. Information is gathered so we can process your order correctly. You may provide us with name, payment and delivery address, phone and email address, credit card or debit card or other payment information. This also helps us if we need to contact you when processing an order. We will never give your information to a third party.
§ All email communications you receive from us will allow you to unsubscribe on the spot, meaning you will no longer receive communications from us unless it is regarding a transaction or security issue.
§ Business partners:
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail or emails and processing payments. They will have access to your personal information in order to perform these services, but are not authorised to use your information for any other purpose.
We take security seriously, and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure. We use secure servers, and data encryption when we are receiving or transferring adapt online.
§ Payment Processing
§ Card card payments are processed by our third party partners 'Payment Express' or Paypal. If you select to process your payment via these third parties then your credit card details will not be stored by us.
§ Our third party partners take security seriously and are PCI DSS compliant.

§ This can vary. If already in stock within one to three days. Since we offer you the choice of colours with some of our items this can take longer, from five to ten working days which can also apply if you order a number of items and some may have to be made. We use overnight Couriers in most cases who also link with NZ Post for Rural addresses. Heavier items can be a two to three days service from being dispatched.
§ We use NZ Couriers, TNT, E post in Australia, and in other Countries, your Country Postal service. All orders are tracked where possible. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. It is a good idea to start tracking your order so you can monitor its progress. If you have not received it in about 14 days contact your Postal service or call/email us. If you order for a special occasion, please let us know its required urgently and we will do our utmost to get it to you on time. Taxes and Duty if applicable are your concern.
